By completing the registration process, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Fitness & Participation at Own Risk
I affirm that I am physically fit, properly trained, and medically able to participate in this event. I understand that endurance events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property loss, and death, and I voluntarily choose to participate entirely at my own risk.

Assumption of Risk
I knowingly and freely assume all risks associated with participation in the GA BTR Speed TRIO Ultra Weekend and related activities, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

Release & Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Guardians Alive, Essential Living & Wellness, event organizers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, officials, and all persons associated with the event from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including injury, illness, property loss, or death, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This waiver applies to claims made by me, my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns.

Responsibility for Personal Safety
I understand that the organizers are not responsible for my personal safety during the event and that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition, hydration, and well-being before, during, and after participation.

Medical Treatment Consent
I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury or emergency during the event and understand that I am responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.

Photography & Media Release
I grant permission for my name, image, likeness, and voice to be used in official event photographs, video, and promotional materials without compensation.

Binding Agreement
I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and that by registering, I am voluntarily agreeing to its terms.
